Second, always be polite to others. The staff of the exhibitors must truly realize that the audience is their own God, and serve them with enthusiasm and dedication is their bounden duty. Once the exhibition is officially started, the staff of all exhibitors should take their positions and welcome guests. It is not allowed to be late or early to leave, for no reason to get rid of posts or to roam around the country. When the audience comes to their booth, whether the person greets himself or not, the staff must smile and proactively say to the other person, "Hello! Welcome! " Then, we should face each other, slightly leaned, put out the right hand, palm up, fingers pointed directly at the booth, and told the other party: "please visit." When the audience leaves, the staff should sincerely salute the other person, and say "thank you" or "goodbye".
Third, we should be good at using explanatory skills. Under the premise of seeking truth from facts, we should pay attention to its strengths and weaknesses and emphasize the "people without me". When necessary, the audience can also be invited to do the manual operation, or the staff can conduct on-site demonstrations. However, it is not advisable to compete, to follow the audience to sell exhibits, to cheat, or to introduce exhibits to the audience.
