      對(duì)于任務(wù)分解能力上的不足,這需要新人類時(shí)刻保有項(xiàng)目管理的概念,不論事情巨細(xì)大小,一律按照項(xiàng)目案來(lái)處理,抓到問題就分解,按類別來(lái)逐步逐步完成自己的工作,形成自己的任務(wù)分解能力。實(shí)際上,這些能力具備了,新人類也步入了老人類的行列了。如果此時(shí)你問他的話,他也會(huì)象上面那樣回答這個(gè)時(shí)間問題了。
