          一是IT企業(yè)的工作性質(zhì)從總體上講對性別的要求不是很高。IT企業(yè)不像制造業(yè)那樣對男性更為偏愛,相反一些比如網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯這樣的職位,更適合于女性來做。她們不僅能夠坐得住,而且非常細(xì)心。

          二是出于優(yōu)化性別結(jié)構(gòu)的需要。IT企業(yè)中那些沒日沒夜的技術(shù)人員通常以男性居多,而且社會(huì)交往面也很窄。在企業(yè)中適當(dāng)增加一些女生,既是“男女搭配,干活不累”的心理需要,也是解決這些男生戀愛婚姻問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。

          三是IT企業(yè)老板大都很年輕,對于女性的關(guān)注度本身也高些。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展成就了一批年齡不大,但財(cái)產(chǎn)巨大的老板。年輕的老板,不說“好色”些,至少對女性的關(guān)注度甚過其它行業(yè)的老將們(他們畢竟是廉頗老矣,不能色也!)。

          四是寒冬中的IT企業(yè)降低成本的需要。受金融危機(jī)的影響,IT企業(yè)普通通過裁員降薪的方式來過冬。不排除其中有的企業(yè)在裁掉那些薪水較高的老員工后,通過招新人的方式來減輕成本。畢竟剛參加工作的大學(xué)生薪水不高,而且女生通常的薪水要求也低些。
