Temporary Staff Management System
Article 1
In order to make the employment and management of temporary personnel comply with the provisions of the second rule of special personnel management rules, these measures are formulated. *
Second staff applications
All departments have temporary jobs (within three months), and when they are employed by temporary staff, they should fill in the application form of personnel, indicate the contents and duration of the work and submit them to the personnel department for employment. *
Third employment restrictions
(1) persons who are under 16 years of age shall not be employed. *
(two) important works such as management, property, securities, warehousing, sales and accounting (except for goods handling, sorting and report copying) should not be employed. *
(three) employment shall not exceed three months. *
Fourth employment.
(1) hiring temporary personnel in the personnel department shall fill in temporary personnel employment approval form and be employed by the manager after approval. *
(two) when temporary workers arrive at work hours, the personnel department should fill in the employment information form and reserve a reserve. *
Fifth insurance policies.
Temporary workers who work in the factory area should be insured by the personnel department for labor insurance. *
The sixth management
(1) temporary workers may be allowed to take public leave, public leave, sick leave, marriage and funeral leave during their working hours. *
(two) temporary staff's attendance and business trip should be handled according to the preparation of the assistants. *
Seventh termination of employment
If a temporary officer is incompetent during his work, he violates the fourteenth, thirty-sixth rule of personnel management rules, and the total number of sick, sick leave and absences is more than 4 days. At the end of the working period, the employment department shall terminate the employment. The temporary staff who terminate the employment shall fill in the notice of resignation (the notice of departure should be arranged by the companies). The personnel will be sent to the personnel department with the approval of the chief of the Department and the personnel department. *
The eighth is to extend employment.
When the temporary employment is expired, if the employment is not completed, it is necessary for the employment department to fill in the application form after the personnel have been repaid, and the reason is submitted to the general manager of the company for approval. *
