We Must Adhere To Principles, But We Must Go Against Our Superiors.
現(xiàn)在流行談“執(zhí)行力”,于是,大量的關(guān)于“執(zhí)行”和“服從”的書籍?dāng)[上了企業(yè)的書柜。作為下屬,服從上級(jí)安排是本分。但并不是就意味著事事都要順從上司。如果上司的指令明顯是不恰當(dāng)?shù)模瑘?zhí)行起來對(duì)工作會(huì)帶來更嚴(yán)重的危害,我想不用再無條件的服從了吧?但是作為下屬,要想堅(jiān)持原則而又不服從上司的決定是一件比較難的事情,要作到這一點(diǎn),必須要采取恰當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ā>瓦@點(diǎn)問題提出一點(diǎn)看法,僅供參考:
1, obey first and execute again. Regardless of whether the boss's decision is correct, subordinates should obey. That is to say, the boss is announces a decision or a direction.
When you assign a task, you must obey it first. Obedience does not mean you must give a promise, but listen to your boss. Then consider whether or not it should be held.
That's ok? Should we not? How should it be implemented?
2、選擇合適的表達(dá)方式向上司陳述你不能執(zhí)行的理由。1)不要直接的回絕你的上司,也不要責(zé)難他的錯(cuò)誤,尤其是當(dāng)你的上司在公開的場(chǎng)合宣布他的決定時(shí)候,你更要顧及他的面子和地位。你可以帶上你的想法到他的辦公室或者找一個(gè)比較安靜的地方和他單獨(dú)溝通。2)就事論事,你是來和上司探討問題的,不是來批評(píng)人的。你和上司溝通的只是針對(duì)事情的本身,所以在你的言語中要注意,不要上你的上司以為你是看不起他。3)不要擺出說教的姿態(tài),要用商量的語氣。你是下屬,他是上司,沒有哪一個(gè)上司喜歡下屬去教訓(xùn)他。在指出上司錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)候,盡量使用商量或請(qǐng)教的語氣。比如“這是我對(duì)***的個(gè)人看法,我想聽聽你的指導(dǎo)意見”,“請(qǐng)你看看是不是這樣會(huì)好一點(diǎn)”,等等。4)感謝你的上司能夠抽時(shí)間聽一下你的建議。不管他接受不接受,改不改變?cè)瓉淼臎Q定,你都要感謝他。
3、要有充分的理由,很關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)。一般來講,上司做一個(gè)決定都是經(jīng)過考慮的。如果你要你的上司改變?cè)挠^點(diǎn),你就必須要有足夠的理由。1)將心換心。站在你上司的立場(chǎng)上考慮一下,為什么會(huì)下這樣的決定?2)收集資料。要通過數(shù)據(jù)和資料說話。材料越多,你才有可能更有說服力。
4, learn to compromise. The boss doesn't always accept your suggestions. If you insist on persuading him to change his mind, there may be more contradictions.
你把你的看法說出來,你已經(jīng)盡到了一個(gè)下屬的責(zé)任了,一定要學(xué)會(huì)讓步。給你的上司一個(gè)考慮的時(shí)間,不要強(qiáng)求你的上司會(huì)馬上改變。
5、最糟糕的事情恐怕是不管怎樣,就算你的看法是百分百的正確時(shí),你的上司都還是不改變?cè)瓉淼臎Q定。作為下屬,如果你還想在這個(gè)崗位工作,就只有服從了。考慮好這個(gè)不好的決定可能帶來的不良后果,提前作好預(yù)防,構(gòu)思一下有沒有好的補(bǔ)救辦法,盡量把負(fù)面的影響降到最低。
