山東省社會保險事業(yè)局副局長、山東經(jīng)濟學(xué)院兼職教授魏建認為，具有更強學(xué)習(xí)能力對將來發(fā)展十分有利，因為專業(yè)知識不是在學(xué)校學(xué)到以后就一勞永逸的，只有不斷更新知識，才能跟上社會節(jié)奏。中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行山東省分行人力資源部經(jīng)理牛殿友特別強調(diào)了特色專業(yè)知識的重要性。他舉例說：“目前社會對理財方面人才的需求量非常大，但理財作為一門學(xué)科在國內(nèi)很少見，作為專業(yè)更是少之又少，即使有學(xué)校開設(shè)相關(guān)課程，授課內(nèi)容也非?；\統(tǒng)，如果予以強化的話，一定能成為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)中的亮點?！?/font>

Wu Guang Li also had the same feeling: "every year we recruit students who are not directly related to mathematics, chemistry and physics. What we value is their logical thinking ability."

Wang Shufeng emphasized the systematic thinking method. He said that many students were not very different when they were working. But the superiority of some systematic thinking students was gradually reflected, because they could easily form certain train of thought and be able to have a unique view and gradually form their own unique competitive advantage.

At the same time, Wang Shufeng believes that this is also an important reason why graduates of ordinary universities are not necessarily inferior to those of famous university graduates.

"The most successful candidates are non professional students, because they have strong communication skills and are able to get to the point."

Wang Shufeng said.

Yin Lelun said, "many students who apply for a job begin to ask how much the salary is and how the salary is paid. This kind of quick success and instant benefit is often an important reason why we can hardly accept it."
