What Is An Application Form? What Are The Contents Of The Application?
The application document refers to the relevant document provided by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce when the trademark registration applicant applies for registration of trademark application.
The details are as follows: A, trademark registration application (including the applicant's name, address, international classification of goods / services, and the list of designated goods / services); B, 15 trademarks and a black ink draft; C, the relevant supporting documents (if designated commodities are used for human use, the production / business license certificate issued by the health administration department shall be provided; if the designated commodities are tobacco products, the certificate of approval from the competent tobacco authority of the State shall be attached); D, the trademark agency entrustment letter signed by the applicant (entrusted for processing); E, the application documents and certificates requiring the priority right, and the relevant certificates for the payment of F.
Application for trademark registration must be in writing, not by fax or e-mail.
