The First "Patent Work Exchange Station" In The Zipper Industry Was Set Up In Xun Xing.

In November 14, 2008, the first "patent work exchange station" of the national zipper industry was officially set up in Xun Xing zipper Polytron Technologies Inc in Fujian.

It is understood that this is the national zipper industry national "patent work exchange station", and also one of the two national level patent work exchange stations established by the State Intellectual Property Office in Fujian province.

According to the introduction, the first batch of "patent work exchange station" was set up strictly by the State Intellectual Property Office in 2007 in 8, and there are only two in Fujian province.

Since 2006, Fujian Xun Xing has been identified as the third batch of "national enterprise intellectual property pilot units" since 2006. It has always attached great importance to technological innovation and the formation of independent intellectual property rights, and has made remarkable achievements in patent application, implementation and protection. So far, the company has obtained 3 patents for Chinese invention, 26 patents for utility models and 22 patents for Chinese design, including second patents for invention and utility models, second only to Japan's company.

On the same day, the leaders at all levels of Fujian Xun Xing research and workstation were unveiled by Xing Shengcai, head of discipline inspection team of the State Intellectual Property Office, Luo Xuan, director of Fujian Intellectual Property Bureau, Wu Zhongpei, director of Quanzhou science and Technology Bureau, and Wu Qingbin, vice mayor of Jinjiang.

Chairman Shi Nengkeng, President Wu Lejin, vice president Zheng Hongwei, R & D center director Zhang Tian, accompanied him to visit Xun Hing new industrial park in Fujian and held talks with guests.

At the meeting, leaders of the State Intellectual Property Office conducted in-depth exchanges with the company leaders on the rational and effective application of patent technology.

In view of the current situation of patent declaration and application in Fujian Xun Xing and some problems that need to be solved, the leadership of the State Intellectual Property Office suggests that the key to foreign trade is exclusion. We should make full use of the professional and information resources of the State Intellectual Property Office, and rationally and flexibly use the intellectual property system to serve the development of enterprises. The key is self-discipline, we should strengthen the awareness of intellectual property rights protection, set up regulations in the same industry, and form an industry self-regulation mechanism.
