Shoes Trademark Is Like ADI, Wumi Shoes For Sale Infringement.

In view of the fact that Yu Mei Bridge store in Beijing has sold similar sports shoes products with Adidas trademark, Adidas Adidas Limited has taken the Wuming jade bridge shop to court for a claim of 500 thousand.

The second intermediate people's Court of Beijing recently decided that the products sold by the wumiyu bridge shop should stop selling and compensate Adidas 20 thousand yuan.

Adidas has sued that the company has obtained trademark registration such as "clover", "three oblique strips" and "three bars" in China, and has become the unique logo for Adidas shoes.

At the beginning of the year, the company discovered that the "golden squirrel" sports shoes sold by the wumiyu jade bridge shop were exactly the same as the trademark of the company. They used the "three bars" and "five bars" on the vamp, and the "Shamrock" and "five leaf grass" logo were used behind the shoes.

Adidas believes that the above sports shoes are neither manufactured by their own company nor authorized by the company, and wumi has constituted infringement.

Therefore, the prosecution asked the store to stop infringement, destroy the infringing products, publish the newspaper to eliminate the impact, and compensate the economic loss of 500 thousand yuan.

After a trademark comparison of the sports shoes involved in the court, the court found that the heel part of the black sports shoes, the two sides of the shoe and the outer side of the toe were the same as the logo of the Adidas "three leaf grass", "three bars" and "three oblique strips", and the other white sports shoe heel and the shoe help used the graphic logo of "five leaf grass" and "four oblique strips" respectively, similar to the trademark "three leaf grass" and "three oblique strip".

The court accordingly concluded that two sports shoes infringed Adidas's exclusive right to use registered trademarks, and decided to stop selling the sports shoes involved in the wumiyu bridge shop and compensate for the economic losses of 20 thousand yuan.
