Last year, the state formally identified the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration as the "two oriented society" comprehensive reform pilot area. As a pole of Chang Zhu Tan industrial structure, it can develop and expand its own strength and expand the scope of radiation space and enhance its influence by relying on the platform advantages of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan depression and radiation highlands.

The huge consumer market space also brings enormous space for the development of the garment industry.

At present, the clothing consumption in the domestic market reaches 500 billion yuan per year, and only 28 billion yuan in our province.

With the rapid economic development and the improvement of the living standard of residents, the expenditure on clothing consumption will also increase significantly. It is estimated that by 2010, the annual sales of clothing in our province will reach 50 billion yuan.

The pfer of coastal garment industry to inland is also an excellent opportunity.

Especially after the completion of Wuhan Guangzhou passenger railway, the direct pfer of brand clothing from Guangdong will be more convenient.

Tang Libin told reporters that in the face of a rare historical opportunity, the area has made a detailed plan for the development of the clothing industry, and the construction of the "three districts, one courtyard and one platform" is an important part.

The "three zone" refers to the display trading area, the clothing logistics area, the clothing processing area.

Clothing city, the market group of the original trading area as the core area of clothing city, built the exclusive commercial clothing city; the third party logistics center of the clothing professional market with the storage and distribution as the main body in the village of Tan Jia Duan village, Qingyun office, mainly relies on the west iron road and Lu Song road to carry out the relocation and pformation of the "Golden Triangle" existing professional market which has nothing to do with clothing, and to build third party logistics distribution terminals serving the market. "It can be considered that the government will provide interest free loans to local famous brand enterprises that have entered the park, and will pay shares in the right amount of land or standard workshops, and use them for a certain period of time. The government has invested in the establishment of a large scale of the training base for the clothing of the Song Dynasty, and aimed at the special recruitment meeting of the clothing industry base to arrange the labor arrangement, so as to solve the problem of labor employment."
