At the beginning of 2006, under the efforts of Huang Dapeng, the Shixing branch of the provincial silk group (hereinafter referred to as the Shixing branch) signed a cooperation agreement with the West back village. The Shixing branch dispatched technicians to guide the farmers to grow mulberry and raise silkworms, and was responsible for purchasing cocoons.

Feng Xing company uses small silkworm common breeding technology, directly feeding small silkworms, raising households for about 10 days, and then harvesting cocoons.

Feng Xing company holds technical training courses, and sends technicians to guide farmers on site.

In order to raise the income of households, the company also took the way of buying Mulberry Shoots and protecting the price of cocoons.

Six months later, the development of silkworm demonstration base was 260 mu, and another more than 60 households planted more than 120 mu.

Under the demonstration of the village, the other villages also developed more than 50 mu.

Meanwhile, the Dapu county government decided to promote mulberry silkworm breeding as a special industry with tea, pomelo, flue-cured tobacco and South herbs.

In those days, the county government signed a long-term contract of supply and sale with 25 thousand mu of mulberry field with the Shixing branch. After the plan was developed to 5000 mu, a wire drawing plant was built, and local cocoons were processed locally to solve the worries of sericultural farmers.

In September 27, 2006, the Dapu county government issued the notice on speeding up the development of sericulture production in our county. It requested that 5000 mu of mulberry bases should be built in the towns along the river in winter and next spring.

A villager once planted more than 20 mu of mulberry trees. Later, he thought he had made less money and he had all been cut down.

Huang Dapeng, the village secretary, mentioned more about the technical reasons: at the beginning, the Shixing branch sent 5 technicians to run more than 10 towns in the county, and the longest distance was more than 100 miles away.

Farmers have never had silkworms before, and lack the most basic technology.

A widely circulated joke confirms Huang Dapeng's statement that when the silkworm is full, it will automatically climb to the silkworm rack. But when a farmer does not understand it, he will catch the silkworm one by one and work hard all night.

Even worse, during the first two years of the trial, Tai Po continued to suffer floods.

Last year, many silkworms in the county encountered a problem: a healthy silkworm seemed to be dead after climbing the silkworm rack.

After investigation, it was found that because of the long rain period, the mulberry leaves had big moisture, and some of them did not dry directly to feed silkworms.

In the first half of last year, Luo Yinghe, a silkworm rearing agent in sanzhai Town, Sanshui Town, almost had a drop in water. In the second half of the year, things improved, but only three batches of cocoons were harvested, a total of 140 Jin.
