    "There are orders, but recruitment is difficult, people can not be recruited, there is no way to expand production capacity, how do you pick up business?"

    Huang Songcai, manager of Dongxing garment factory in port area, said that business was better than last year. It wants to double the scale, but is suffering from labor shortage.

    It is understood that in the past two years, with the shift of labor intensive industries and the change of the age structure of labor force, the labor shortage of Pinghu's garment industry has been widening, and the gap has reached 30 thousand. The small and medium-sized enterprises with poor management and management are the first to bear the brunt, even though some large enterprises are not as easy as they used to be.

    Fei Yonghua, executive vice president of Pinghu clothing association, said that a worker now has a salary and welfare of about 18 thousand yuan a year, far exceeding that of previous years.

    Labor force is tight, job hopping is frequent, and the business risk of enterprises is bigger.

    "I am very worried about job hopping now, even if I walk 10 people, the overall production plan will be greatly affected."

    He Qiang said that although the scale of the enterprise is small, the wages of the workers are just as big as those of the big enterprises, otherwise the workers will run away.

    Wages have gone up, profits have been reduced a lot, coupled with tight liquidity, small businesses that have already made processing fees by second-hand businesses are struggling. Some large enterprises also feel the pressure of rising labor costs.

      走出去借力發(fā)展

    No matter how the order is pferred and how the labor cost rises, the total capacity of the regional industry is certain under the condition of the constant labor supply. This will undoubtedly aggravate the risk of the operation of the industry, and with the change of the labor structure of the garment industry, the labor drain will further intensify.

    It is understood that at present, most of the garment workers in our city come from Anhui, Hubei and other regions. But with the gradient pfer of industries, the labor-intensive industries in these areas are growing stronger, and the labor force has shifted from output to retention, which directly affects the supply of labor in the garment industry of our city, and further affects the subsequent development of the industry.

    In fact, many enterprises have realized this problem and started to go out to invest in Anhui and Northern Jiangsu, so as to develop the headquarters economy.

    Take Dongzhi, Anhui as an example, local clothing Labor and land resources are abundant, labor costs can be reduced by 20%, and land costs are only a fraction of Pinghu's.

    Fei Yonghua said that the development of enterprises going outward is a trend. With the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the increase of labor shortage, the increase of costs and the scarcity of land resources, enterprises must go out and pfer production to low-cost areas, because no enterprise is willing to operate at high cost.
