Xie Bing: From Rich To Nothing
Xie Bing was born in the old revolutionary base area of Dazhou, Sichuan province. After graduating from the normal school in 1992, she was assigned to a local textile printing and dyeing factory, where she did two kinds of work: stampede worker and storekeeper.
Although the professional knowledge was not useful, she was not at all resistant to her emotions and soon became competent.
Who knows, the operation of the factory is getting worse and worse. Soon after the factory was shut down, Xie Bing was laid off.
After being laid off, life was very tight. Once, she wanted to invite her mother to have lunch, go over all her pockets, and didn't get enough ten yuan.
It turns out to be a change.
In 1994, Xie Bing embarked on the road of entrepreneurship.
Taking into account his lack of skills, Xie Bing decided to open a snack bar in the residential area.
The threshold is low, the environment is ripe, no advanced technology is needed, and there is not much investment. This kind of project suits her very well.
She and her mother had no savings. The 15 thousand yuan was borrowed from relatives and friends.
Xie Bing first went to Chongqing to buy goods, but on the way back, the truck suddenly caught fire. She watched helplessly as the whole vehicle turned into ashes. She never suffered a single blow. When she arrived in Henan, she was caught in a bag.
Xie Bing's first three years of entrepreneurship were actually three years of loss, but at the same time, she learned many lessons.
Moreover, in Henan, she found the "Shuanghui", so that her career was on the right track. She became the first self-employed brand agent in Dazhou.
In 1997, Xie Bing founded the Han Tang Industrial Co., Ltd. in Sichuan. In May 2006, Han Tang company opened more than 20 chain supermarkets in Dazhou, with more than 2000 employees, of whom about 500 were laid-off workers.
In addition to helping the society and the government to solve the problem of re employment of laid off workers, Xie Bing also donated funds to support national construction and public welfare: in 1998, he invested 50 thousand yuan to support the people in the disaster area to rebuild their homes; in 2000, he helped ten college students with outstanding grades and poor families; in 2001, they invested 100 thousand yuan to support Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games; in 2004, they donated 120 thousand yuan to support the five treasure towns in Xuanhan County of Sichuan to fight the catastrophic floods; in 2005, they donated 180 thousand yuan relief materials to the factories and streams and gold towns in Xuanhan.
In 2003, Xie Bing was elected the Tenth National People's Congress. In the past three years, she has submitted proposals and 20 proposals. Among them, the proposal to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises' agricultural industry projects is strongly reacted.
Xie Bing investigated the seven small and medium-sized enterprises in Dazhou city of Sichuan at the end of 2004. She found that the small and medium-sized enterprises taking the path of agricultural industrialization development need to solve the problem of financing gap by means of financing.
However, there are many difficulties and difficulties in implementing financing, and many good projects have been delayed.
Two suggestions for resolving the financing difficulties are put forward: finance and enterprises jointly contribute to the establishment of Guarantee Corporation, providing financial loan guarantee services to eligible SMEs, thereby reducing the loan risk of financial institutions; governments at all levels organize relevant functional departments such as finance, economy and trade, industry and commerce, taxation, finance, poverty alleviation, statistics, etc., in conjunction with financial institutions, to investigate and understand the production and business projects and credit needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and establish "agricultural industrialization SMEs' economic archives", including the basic conditions of owners, personal conduct, fixed assets, operating conditions, debt and debt, operational capacity, project development, credit demand, repayment ability and credit history. After careful consideration, Xie Bing
Xie Bing, Sichuan's Han Tang Industrial Co., Ltd. sells beef products all over the country. Chairman of the board, Mr. Xie Bing often donate money and donations to support national construction and public welfare undertakings. Han and Tang industries and Xie Bing have great reputation in the area.
