Young People In The United States Start Building Their Own Businesses On The Internet.
Despite the credit crisis in the US financial markets in recent years, many young people in the United States have made it easier to start from scratch because of the help of the Internet.
Now, being the master of the house and starting from scratch, is becoming more and more cool in the eyes of Americans.
"A new generation of young people has a strong desire to control their own destiny," he said.
"Entrepreneurship gives them such an opportunity," said David Galbinski, President of the EO, David Galbinski.
The association now has 6600 members, all of whom are owners of companies earning more than $1 million a year.
Among the EO members, the number of people between the ages of 18-35 has increased by more than three times since 2001. At present, there are 3356 people.
Galbinski hopes that more and more young people will come to the entrepreneurial team.
More and more female entrepreneurs, according to the Washington Observtion weekly, this summer Business Week held the third most promising business competition in the United States. Business Week invited readers to recommend entrepreneurs who are under 25 years old. The purpose is to find promising enterprises and outstanding young people behind them.
The competition has collected many impressive entrepreneurial stories. After a lot of screening, 25 players were finally selected.
Compared with the past few years, the biggest change in this year's competition is that more and more women have started their own businesses. Many of them have attracted the attention of venture capitalists, and some have begun to make profits.
Francesco DeParis (Francesco DeParis) and Kyle Redinger (Kyle Redinger) were 24 years old. They jointly launched a small investment bank to provide M & A proposals for small technology companies.
Redinger said they found a niche market worth 10 million to 20 million dollars in mergers and acquisitions, while traditional the Wall Street firm usually do not touch such businesses.
Sarah Skup, 25, Sarah Schupp is also one of the competitors.
She launched a business called "parent University", working with American universities to provide free and downloadable guidance to parents visiting children at universities.
She expects her company to earn $800 thousand in 2007.
She owes her success to an innovative business model, that is, her university partners are responsible for content and distribution, and she runs advertisements.
Another woman to explore his own business is Polina Raygorodskaya, a 21 year old Russian girl named Polina Raygorodskaya. When she was a model in New York, she got a contract for fashion activities and later started a fashion service company herself.
She now integrates her business into six Bobson College courses and plans to start a big event.
She claims that this activity will shake the entire fashion industry and bring about $2 million in revenue.
It's very encouraging to see so many female entrepreneurs.
In the past, women compared with men of their age set up much less business.
According to the results of the 2006 Global Entrepreneurship survey, among women aged 25~34, the proportion of entrepreneurs in women is only 7.8%, while that in men is 20.4%.
This difference is largely due to social beliefs in the United States, said Elaine Alan, CO director of the support agency of the annual survey and Elaine Allen.
"People feel that women should not be too aggressive," she said.
In the 2007 survey report, this pattern basically remained unchanged, but in the 25~34 age group, more and more female entrepreneurs emerged, far higher than other age groups.
