    Hubei Province Will Implement 1000 Graduates Undertaking Projects In Colleges And Universities

    According to the sample survey conducted by the education department, the demand for graduates majoring in literature, management, economics and law has been significantly reduced, especially in China World Trade Center and securities, where professional demand has decreased by more than 80%.

    Some of the independent colleges and higher vocational colleges reflect that some of the indefinite postponement of the graduates will be reported this year; the salary of the graduates is reduced; the order training agreement between the school and the enterprise has appeared, and the employment discrimination is still severe.

    At present, there is still a gap between the expectations of some graduates and the reality of society. The phenomenon of "two high" impeding the employment of graduates (high expectations of graduates' employment, high requirements of employers) and "two no" (not ready for employment, not signing employment agreements) remain.

    At the same time, the rate of self employment of graduates is low.

    Chen Chuande introduced the plan of "three support and one support" to recruit 3000 people this year. Among them, 2500 people were recruited for the "rural teacher funding action plan"; 300 were selected students; 500 were the "western plan"; more than 7000 were "one village, one university student" and 1000 were "university student village officials".

    The provincial education department and the labor department will jointly implement 1000 entrepreneurial projects for thousands of graduates with entrepreneurial intent.

    In addition, we should mobilize college students to join the army.

    He also said: the employment rate of university students will be the "hard lever" of school assessment, and the employment rate of students is low. In the 09 year enrollment plan, the student enrollment plan will be deducted accordingly.

    The employment status of university graduates will become the "first level index" of teaching evaluation in undergraduate schools, the "core index" of teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges, and one of the bases for approving the award points of new doctoral and master's degrees.

    At the same time, we should also announce the employment rate of graduates from various colleges and universities, including the proportion of employment by agreement, the proportion of flexible employment and the proportion of self employment.
