    Gu Xiaosong said that entrepreneurship in all countries has been taken seriously.     It is a systematic project for college students to start their own businesses, involving government, universities, society and tens of millions of families.

    The relevant ministries and commissions of the state have issued many promotional documents, but overall progress has been slow.

    Gu Xiaosong suggested that the state set up a venture fund for university students. Local governments and universities should match them, and enterprises and individuals will voluntarily contribute to the establishment of bank business loans and microfinance.

    The state and local governments jointly build a group of College Students' entrepreneurship training, training bases and entrepreneurial demonstration bases.

    Schools provide guidance and provide technical support for college students' entrepreneurship.

    The government provides personnel, business administration and other preferential policies.

    In Colleges and universities, we should strengthen the education, training and training of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and set up courses for cultivating innovative consciousness in secondary schools.
