The research team visited the production site and had a discussion with the main person in charge of the enterprise to understand the production and operation of the enterprise in detail, especially the excellent practices in industry university research cooperation, new product development, standardization construction, market expansion, etc., and listened to the suggestions of the enterprise on the industry service work of the association under the new situation.

Industrial textiles are a distinctive category in Anhui's textile industry. They are highly concentrated in spunlaced nonwovens, medical textiles, filtration textiles and papermaking textiles. There are a number of influential enterprises in the industry, including listed enterprises and small giant enterprises specializing in specialty. According to the survey, despite the complex industrial environment, the interviewed enterprises have overcome the adverse factors and maintained a certain development speed in 2024. The profitability of enterprises has continued to improve. Enterprises have increased investment in digitalization and greening, and accelerated the renewal of old equipment; Enterprises develop new products to expand new markets and applications, improve product added value and improve capacity utilization; Focusing on its core advantages, the enterprise extends its industrial chain, expands its advanced production capacity and improves its ability to resist risks. On the whole, the interviewed enterprises show high confidence in the development in 2025 and the future, but in the face of fierce competition in the domestic market and the external market full of uncertainties, the enterprises hope that the relevant departments will give more guidance and support, expand the high-quality domestic demand market, and hope that the industry association will give play to the advantages of cross industry coordination to create a cooperative and win-win industrial ecology, Help enterprises promote the application of new materials and new products.
