At present, Harbin Electric Power Group has participated in the R&D and manufacturing of 47 pumped storage power stations and 177 pumped storage units. The domestic market share of pumped storage has reached more than 40%, ranking first in China.

Under their precise operation, key processes such as automatic loading and unloading, punching defect detection, and waste pressing are smoothly carried out.

　　 Only then, the roving on the "thick and thin couplet" lines up to "take" the automated track in the air and send it to the corresponding spinning machine at a precise point. With the spinning machine spindle running at high speed, the roving is drawn into thin, white yarn like silk. The winding manipulator holds the thread ends at both ends in the "palm" and twirls them gently. In the blink of an eye, it completes the winding joint work from tube yarn to high-quality package yarn products. The data information of the whole production process is scrolled on the screen of the main control room to realize real-time quality monitoring.

"Flame retardant Lyocell fiber is a new high-tech textile material, which not only has excellent characteristics such as softness, breathability, moisture absorption and skin affinity, but also has lasting fire retardant, thermal protection performance, green environmental protection throughout the life cycle, low carbon emissions and other technological innovations. It is unique in flame retardant fiber products, and its products should be used in the fields of fire safety, medical care, disaster relief It has a bright future. " Wang Zhaosheng said that the innovative blended products, such as antibacterial and odor proof yarn, polylactic acid yarn, graphene series yarn and so on, developed by the enterprise technology center, were highly praised by the market. At the beginning of the new year, the first batch of products printed with "Changyuan" and "Haoguang" brands have been shipped to overseas markets.
