The Third Enlarged Meeting Of The Eighth Council Of China Textile Planning Research Association Was Held
In 2024, China Textile Planning and Research Association will adhere to promoting industrial upgrading and future development by developing new quality productivity, and promote the textile industry to accelerate high-end, intelligent and green upgrading. In order to serve the industry, service enterprises and member units more accurately, systematically and efficiently, the third enlarged meeting of the eighth board of directors was held in Keqiao, Shaoxing on December 5.
Feng Dehu, president of China Textile Planning Research Association, said in his work report that the 2024 Research Association will continue to follow the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, always adhere to the leadership of party building, ensure the correctness of the development direction, and promote the internal management and business development to a new stage. On the one hand, it consolidated the traditional planning consulting work and provided high-level planning consulting services for government departments, parks and enterprises; On the other hand, focusing on industry expertise, specialty and novelty, we will develop new businesses in the fields of green sustainability and scientific and technological innovation, mainly in the stage of foundation building and exploration.
Feng Dehu pointed out that the work of the 2024 Research Conference has presented many highlights: 1. By holding exhibitions such as "China Textile Specialization and Innovation Exhibition" and "Specialization and Innovation Space", the potential of enterprises to strive for excellence and seize the commanding heights on the way of specialization and innovation has been effectively stimulated, and the communication and collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain has been effectively promoted. 2. By revising and improving relevant systems to standardize operation management and enhance employee cohesion, introduce new employees, and improve the core competitiveness of the team through systematic business skills training, intellectual property protection and the acquisition of relevant work qualifications, we will lay a solid foundation. 3. Through a large number of surveys, we have in-depth understanding of the needs of enterprises, studied the relevant policy documents for SMEs from top to bottom, and integrated the resources of all relevant parties to explore innovative service models, and developed unique integrated service programs.
Feng Dehu mentioned that the research association will continue to strengthen the party building work and lead the business direction in the future work; Accelerate the implementation of integrated service scheme; Deeply explore and continuously track the technological innovation highlights of industry enterprises, actively promote green technology, and lead the technological innovation of the industry.

At the meeting, Yu Xiangpin was informed that he would no longer serve as the vice president of the Research Association due to retirement at the age of 30.
At the meeting, five new member enterprises, including Changshu Wanlong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Fujian Funeng South Textile Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd., were voted and approved. At the same time, the former director of Zhejiang Institute for Quality Inspection of Light Industrial Products was renamed Zhejiang Institute of Quality Science.
Guo Hongjun, Director of the Industry Development Department of the China Textile Industry Federation and Vice President of the China Textile Construction Planning Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled "Research Report on Climate Action Progress of China's Textile Industry Specializing in Special New Enterprises".
Guo Hongjun said that giving full play to the comprehensive advantages and exemplary role of specialized, special and new enterprises will help guide and stimulate the green and low-carbon development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry and promote the textile industry to achieve green and low-carbon development; He interpreted the progress of the climate action of small and medium-sized textile enterprises through detailed research data, and showed that the climate action of specialized and new enterprises in the textile industry was on the way. There was still much room for improvement to play a leading and exemplary role and achieve green and low-carbon transformation, and called on all sectors of society to pay attention to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Wu Zhen, Secretary General of China Textile Planning Research Association, introduced the Integrated Service of China Textile Planning Research Association.
Kai Wu Zhen introduced the integrated service plan in detail from 33 services in four sectors. She pointed out that although the seminar had done a lot of exploratory research and had achieved initial results, there was still much to study in the context of the dual carbon goals and international green trade rules, and the space was still very large. At the same time, more professional institutions were welcome to cooperate with us, Provide convenient and high-quality services for industries and enterprises. She not only showed the participants the determination and ability of the Research Association to help the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, but also pointed out a feasible path for member enterprises to accelerate the development of green, sustainable and scientific and technological innovation.
Pan Jianguo, General Manager of Zhejiang Saiwei Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Green Transformation Road of Textile Industry under the Double Carbon Wave".
Pan Jianguo pointed out that the dual carbon target is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the textile industry. Green transformation can enhance enterprise brand value and achieve long-term competitiveness. President Pan also looked forward to industrial and commercial energy storage, green materials and other innovations becoming transformation accelerators.
Yuan Feng, Chairman of Zhejiang Ruisheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., made a phased summary of the work of "China Textile Planning Research Association, National Institute of Digital Intelligent Application in Clothing Industry".
Yuan Feng summarized the work achievements of the Institute for more than one year through the title of "Future of Garment Manufacturing". By focusing on the research of 5G technology, APS algorithm, digital twin technology and other cutting-edge technologies, we will increase the application and development of digital intelligence in clothing, home textile and other fields, provide software and IOT capabilities for equipment manufacturers and production line equipment manufacturers in the textile industry, go deep into each subdivision of the textile and clothing industry, and create a digital intelligent production enabling system platform.
The achievements show the effectiveness of the research association's cooperation with upstream and downstream strategic alliances and relying on the cooperation mechanism of industry, university, research and application.
During the exchange and discussion, Wang Yunxiang, the general manager of Shandong Daiyin Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Chong, the chairman of Jiangsu Fuzhidao Mei'an Textile Technology Co., Ltd., and Xie Jiahai, the chairman of Zhejiang Jinbaili Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., on the one hand, spoke highly of the support and services of the research association for member enterprises; On the other hand, it affirmed that the integrated service plan launched by the Research Association not only closely followed the industry development trend, but also more accurately responded to the actual needs of enterprises, which is of great significance for promoting enterprise transformation and upgrading and achieving high-quality development; At the same time, he also put forward many very pertinent suggestions. In the face of the increasing downward pressure on the economy and the instability of the international situation, he hoped that the seminar could further play its role as a bridge and link, carry out more targeted services, help enterprises better cope with market changes and seize development opportunities.
