    New Quality Technology Sets Off The "Green" Trend Of Jeans, And The Industry'S First Indigo Recycling System Is Released

       On September 26, "2024 China Cotton Textile Industry High Quality Development Conference and National Denim Industry Annual Conference" was successfully concluded in Xiqiao Town, Foshan, Guangdong Province. With the theme of "intelligent manufacturing, green and new quality", the conference deeply discussed the high-quality development path and green transformation strategy of the denim industry. Guangdong Yiwei Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiwei Environment") was invited to share its self-developed indigo online recycling system at the conference, providing new ideas for the development of circular economy in the cowboy industry.
       The conference was hosted by China Cotton Textile Industry Association, undertaken by the Denim Branch of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and jointly undertaken by the People's Government of Xiqiao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Zhaohua, Vice President of China Textile Industry Federation, delivered a speech. President Yang objectively analyzed the current domestic and international situation faced by the textile industry, and pointed out that under the environment of challenges and opportunities, enterprises need to strengthen confidence, strengthen environmental protection technology innovation, promote green production, build a circular economy system, and make green the most beautiful background of China's denim fabric industry. President Yang's speech set a green and innovative tone for the conference.
       During the guest sharing session, Zhang Weiyi, Director of Evian Environmental Products, shared the theme of New Kinetics of Circular Economy - Application of Membrane Treatment Technology in Indigo Recycling. Zhang Weiyi pointed out in the sharing that by strengthening scientific and technological innovation, improving the recycling system, promoting circular fashion, strengthening policy guidance and other measures, the sustainable development of the jeans industry can be effectively promoted. And it further introduced how Overdimensional Environment successfully developed the indigo online recycling system through independent research and development.
       With the help of membrane separation technology and indigo online concentration detection device, the system realizes the efficient recycling of more than 95% of indigo and water, nearly zero discharge of wastewater from dyeing and washing, and greatly reduces the pressure of sewage terminal treatment. The return on investment period of the system is 2-3 years, which has been first applied in advanced cowboy enterprises such as Qianjin Jeans and Taiyuan Printing and Dyeing, and has good environmental and economic benefits.
       In the exhibition area of the conference, the booth of Evian Environment became the focus of attention of many participants. They had in-depth exchanges with Evian Environment on the principle, technical advantages, cost-effectiveness and other aspects of indigo online recycling system. Participants were optimistic about the significant advantages of the whole system in reducing production costs and improving resource utilization efficiency, and highly praised the online concentration detection function of indigo in the system, believing that this technology will help stabilize the dyeing quality of jeans.
       Through the exchange at this conference, Evian Environment not only demonstrated green innovative technologies in the field of cowboy production, but also strengthened the connection with upstream and downstream partners in the industrial chain.
