Access To The Expo: The Online "Supply And Procurement Hall" Of The 7Th Access To The Expo Was Officially Launched
In order to give full play to the role of the international procurement and investment promotion platform of the Expo, better promote the transformation of exhibits into commodities and exhibitors into investors, and provide support for the accurate, convenient and efficient docking of exhibitors, the online "supply and procurement hall" of the seventh Expo will be officially launched today.
This year, the "Supply and Procurement Hall" added the "Investment Promotion" section on the basis of the four featured functions of "Information Release", "Trade Matching", "Event Matching" and "Schedule", and upgraded the online interaction function of exhibitors and merchants. Both computer and mobile services have been launched, and exhibitors can experience convenient exhibition services anytime and anywhere.
Up to now, the 7th China Expo has released more than 2000 pieces of exhibitor information, thousands of pieces of exhibits information, and nearly 2000 pieces of intended purchase needs. More information will be updated in the near future to further enrich the supply and purchase information database and improve the participation experience of exhibitors.
Exhibitors can obtain seven docking facilitation benefits through the "supply and purchase hall":

The supply and demand information of the 7th China International Fair is the first to see. Buyers can quickly obtain the information of new products, new technologies and new services of the current session through the functions of "looking for exhibitors", "looking for exhibits" and "booth map"; Exhibitors can obtain the latest purchase intention and docking requirements issued by purchasers through the "purchase demand" function. Later, it will be launched: exhibitor exhibition information collection, one click sharing to chat, and circle of friends functions to facilitate convenient sharing and communication; AI intelligent customer service function helps to find exhibitors' exhibits efficiently.

The intelligent recommendation of the supply and purchase hall is combined with the self recommendation of the exhibitors, and the one-stop matching recommendation of the exhibitors' exhibits is provided for the buyers according to their purchase and docking needs. The online booking function will be optimized in the near future. Purchasers can initiate exhibition appointment with exhibitors to confirm the appointment arrangement in advance, so as to make the exhibition schedule more leisurely. Later, the instant messaging function of embedded translation will be launched to translate online in real time, providing efficient and convenient cross language communication solutions for exhibitors, breaking the barriers of online communication and improving the efficiency of cooperation negotiations.
(4) Zero distance investment promotion
The investment promotion section is newly launched to display investment promotion policies and project information. Purchasers who need to attract investment can fill in the form as required and show it in the investment promotion section after review; Exhibitors can browse relevant information online, and will also launch functions such as exhibition period negotiation and appointment in the future. Business card management and exchange function will be upgraded in the near future. Exhibitors can easily generate online business cards based on registration information, and can exchange online through the online exchange in the shopping hall and offline exchange of two-dimensional codes on the scanned certificates at the exhibition site; Optimize the business card management function, which can uniformly manage the business cards received by units and individuals, so as to facilitate customer return visits after the exhibition.
