For the fabrics that need to restrain the fibrillation, if it is necessary to improve the fuzzing, pilling, frost feeling and fabric color lightening caused by the fibrillation, Fu Zhongyi gives three targeted suggestions and solutions: first, the Sedley cross-linked Lyocell CL series can be used, which has strong dye penetration and better effect after mercerizing; Good chemical resistance, stable cross-linking effect in the final dyeing and finishing, and excellent compatibility with cotton, linen and other fibers. The second is to use specific crosslinking agent in combination with post crosslinking process to improve the fibrillation. The third is to use the dyeing and one bath cross-linking process in the dyeing factory. The reactive dyeing process can be adapted to the alkaline environment, and can be completed on overflow, airflow, jigging and pad dyeing machines without increasing the dyeing time.
