       The supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises is an activity and process that manufacturing enterprises use information technology and other means to comprehensively plan the business flow, logistics, capital flow, information flow, etc. in the supply chain links such as product design, purchase, production, sales, service, and plan, organize, coordinate, and control.

       The Guide puts forward overall requirements, and it is a systematic project to improve the supply chain management level of manufacturing enterprises. It should be guided by the deployment of supply chain strategies from a high starting point, ensure smooth circulation as the bottom line, improve quality and efficiency as the goal, and layout in the path of high-end, intelligent, and green. The main body to improve the level of supply chain management is the enterprise, and the key is also the enterprise. Manufacturing enterprises should play the main role, strengthen the thinking of modern supply chain management, aim at the development trend, and constantly improve the level of supply chain management by benchmarking. Industry associations, bidding service agencies, supply chain solution providers, platform enterprises, etc. should adhere to the service orientation to provide intellectual support and system solutions for enterprise supply chain management.

       For specific tasks, the Guide proposes to strengthen multi-dimensional collaboration in the supply chain of enterprises.        Improve the green supply chain system of enterprises. The green supply chain refers to integrating the concepts and technologies of environmental protection and resource conservation into the whole supply chain process of product design, raw materials and parts selection, production and manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and transportation, sales and use, scrap recycling, etc., identifying the green attributes of each link and conducting effective management to minimize the environmental impact of the whole process, Maximize resource utilization efficiency.
