Accelerate the construction of the province's centralized employment information resource database and employment information platform, build a supply and demand docking platform, and provide private enterprises with one-stop services such as recruitment and job hunting. Implement employment guarantee for key enterprises, timely include private enterprises that are specialized, innovative, and involved in key foreign-funded projects into the list of key enterprises, and provide "one-to-one" and "point-to-point" employment services. Encourage human resources service institutions to provide private enterprises with professional services such as senior talent search, human resources management consulting, etc.
