China Play Association has conducted two surveys in a row, involving 64 brands and 79 products, covering popular products at different prices on mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Tmall, JD and Tiaoyin, covering three categories: child safety seats, child safety cushions and baby baskets.

The survey samples are entrusted to the laboratories that have obtained CMA qualification accreditation and CNAS accreditation, and undertake the national product quality supervision and spot check task, and are tested respectively according to GB 27887-2011 Restraint Systems for Children Occupants in Motor Vehicles (referred to as the national standard) and T/CTJPA 009-2023 Evaluation Specification for Restraint Systems for Children Occupants in Motor Vehicles (referred to as the group standard).

　　 Analysis of survey results

　　▋ 1. Higher standards are required to better ensure the safety of children. Eight types of child safety seats with a price of 1800 yuan and above have won the "excellent" evaluation

The highest comprehensive evaluation score of product safety related indicators in the group standard is 5.0. According to the laboratory test, the comprehensive score of the above eight products is 4.0 or above, and they are evaluated as "excellent".

　　▋ 2. Safety in market access is fundamental, and 12 types of child safety seats with a price of 400 yuan or less are unqualified

According to the shop data on the survey deadline, the cumulative sales volume of 12 unqualified products reached 87194. After laboratory testing, there were serious quality problems such as head bracket falling off, head displacement exceeding the standard, or the labels and instructions were unqualified.

According to the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, it is illegal to falsely use certification marks. According to the shop data on the survey deadline, the sales volume of a certain "child safety seat cushion" product with a unit price of 55 yuan reached 30100, and the cumulative sales volume of 30 products reached 69259.

After verification by the Standards and Regulations Department of China Association of Play and the certification authority, he has not received any certification application for products similar to "child safety seat cushion", and cannot prove the safety of related products.
