The textile industry is a traditional competitive industry and an important livelihood industry in Zhejiang. Its annual revenue has exceeded one trillion yuan, ranking first in the country. Focusing on this industry, Zhejiang will optimize the industrial layout, sort out the key areas, key links and key enterprises of high-quality development of the textile industry, and strengthen the monitoring and analysis of project investment in the textile industry. Every year, more than 100 docking and exchange activities in the textile field such as the World Cloth Merchant Conference and Ningbo Fashion Festival are held. We will strengthen the cultivation of core areas and collaboration areas of modern textile and clothing industry clusters, increase support for the construction of headquarters enterprises, and encourage textile enterprises to carry out cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Several Measures put forward that Zhejiang will continue to deepen the action of "thousands of groups and thousands of enterprises" to expand the market and increase orders in the future, and organize at least 300 economic and trade groups and 2000 enterprises to participate in the exhibition and negotiation every year. Strengthen innovation drive, strive to recognize no less than 100 textile high-tech enterprises, no less than 300 technology-based SMEs every year, and build no less than 1 provincial key enterprise research institute, 5 enterprise research institutes, and 50 high-tech enterprise research and development centers respectively. At the same time, we will further deepen the cultivation of strong enterprises, and strive to cultivate more than 70 "little giant" enterprises, single champion enterprises, and eagle enterprises specializing in the textile industry by 2025.
