Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Thirteenth Exclusion and Extension List of Goods Subject to Tariff Collection from the United States and Canada
Tax Commission Announcement No. 11, 2023
According to the Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Eleventh Extension of Exclusion List of Goods Subject to Tariff Imposition on the United States (No. 6 of 2023), the eleventh extension of exclusion list of goods subject to tariff imposition on the United States will expire on December 31, 2023. The Tariff Commission of the State Council decides to extend the exclusion period for relevant commodities according to procedures. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
From January 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024, the goods listed in the annex will continue to be exempt from the tariffs that we have imposed for the anti US 301 measures.
