As Tsinghua University and Anta Group Jointly exploring the important achievements in the development of sports fashion has always attracted the attention of academia, media, enterprises, fashion design industry and other parties. Since the launch of the first event in June 2021, the event has become a widely influential event in the sports fashion design industry. Sports equipment is not only a tool for physical exercise, but also a crystallization of fashion and technological innovation. The first event received 1512 works from 24 countries, covering six continents around the world. The event received strong support from 29 colleges and relevant organizations at home and abroad, and attracted the active participation of 268 colleges and institutions around the world. It can be said that the event marks the successful establishment of a global innovation trend event platform.

In July 2023, the (2nd) Global Sports Equipment Innovation Design Competition Set sail again, and the competition will focus on "MOVEVOLUTION"- With the theme of "Moving to the Future", adhering to the original intention of creating a globally influential design award in the field of sports and fashion, we are determined to become one of the highest achievements in the field of global sports equipment design, focusing on the three directions of "digital intelligence future, natural environment protection and fashion trend", aiming to emphasize the process of continuous change and evolution of sports and fashion, and encourage designers from all over the world, Explore and shape the future of sports equipment in a more efficient and environmentally friendly way.

Since the launch of this competition, the competition organizing committee has actively promoted the publicity and recruitment of the competition, completed the propaganda and mobilization work in many domestic universities and European regions, and has received positive responses from teachers and students from domestic and foreign universities.

This competition focuses on three innovation dimensions:

Digital intelligence future:

Focus on the use of digital and intelligent technologies to improve or enhance the design and performance of sports equipment, such as the innovative application of new technologies such as parametric design, AI intelligent generation, big data and simulation in the field of professional equipment.
