In order to effectively improve the quality of the connection between exhibitors and buyers, the 6th China International Fair will fully launch the group viewing service. During the exhibition, each trading group, cooperative unit, important purchaser, etc. will organize the exhibition viewing group to connect with the exhibitors in the six exhibition areas and the innovation incubation area, focusing on the three goals of "precision, professionalism and efficiency", so as to better open up the "last mile" of the accurate connection between exhibitors and merchants. ?

The Import Expo Bureau will focus on the field, industry advantages, trade demands and other conditions of the exhibition groups, and further collect information about the intended time, exhibition areas and sectors, and purchased products through the Information Form of the 6th China International Fair for the Promotion of Exhibitions, so as to make a one-to-one correspondence, accurate matching and docking with the exhibitors of China International Fair for the Promotion of Exhibitions. At the same time, we will provide guided services for the exhibition group, and achieve the full process closed-loop management from pre exhibition consultation to on-site visit to post exhibition tracking, so as to ensure the effectiveness.
More professional mode
The Import Expo Bureau will carefully design a number of viewing routes according to the setting of each exhibition area and plate of the 6th Import Expo. Exhibitors along the line include not only the world's top 500 and leading enterprises, but also the world's leading SMEs. The exhibition group can select a suitable exhibition route based on specific needs to ensure that the supply and demand parties can find suitable partners. At the same time, we can also customize the viewing route according to the individual needs of exhibitors and buyers, and achieve "point-to-point, face-to-face" communication at the exhibition site.
More efficient negotiation
According to different exhibition viewing arrangements, the Import Expo Bureau will set up meeting points at the Trade and Investment Matchmaking Fair, the six exhibition areas and the innovation incubation area respectively, and the exhibition group can choose to start nearby to reach the target exhibition hall in the shortest time. The viewing time of each route is generally 1 hour, including 5-7 different types of exhibitors, to improve the efficiency of the docking between supply and demand. We will contact the target exhibitors in advance and inform them of the exhibition demand, so as to help the supply and demand parties to establish contact and docking at the booth as soon as possible.
