The company has introduced advanced intelligent spinning equipment and inspection and detection instruments at home and abroad, applied the self-developed industrial Internet textile big data management platform, used 5G, industrial Internet, and visual technology to optimize various problems encountered in the production process, and realized multiple 5G application scenarios such as industrial data acquisition, data cloud, energy consumption monitoring, and factory logistics of cotton spinning automation equipment, Through the application of intelligent equipment and the support of data management platform, the number of workers for ten thousand spindles in the spinning workshop can be reduced to about 12, the production efficiency can be improved by more than 30%, the energy consumption per ton of yarn can be reduced by 35%, and the product quality can also be greatly improved.

Fuzhou Changle is the largest warp knitting lace fabric production base in China, with the production capacity accounting for about 60% of the country. Empowering the digital intelligence, the local traditional industry with profound accumulation is radiating new vitality.
