Jiangsu Sunshine (600220): The Actual Controller Will Be Changed From Lu Keping To Lu Yu
Jiangsu Sunshine (600220) announced in the evening of June 2 that the company received the notice from the actual controller Lu Keping on June 2, 2023, and Lu Keping and Lu Yu signed the Equity Transfer Agreement of Jiangsu Sunshine Holding Group Co., Ltd, Transfer 66.7925% of its indirect controlling shareholder Jiangsu Sunshine Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Sunshine Holdings") and all the corresponding equity to his son Lu Yu, and will go through the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures as soon as possible. Lu Yu plans to transfer the above equity and all corresponding rights and interests with 363 million yuan through self owned or self raised funds.
After this equity change, the controlling shareholder of the company is still Jiangsu Sunshine Group Co., Ltd., and the actual controller of the company is changed from Lu Keping to Lu Yu.
