Guangdong has recently issued the Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the High Quality Development of the Textile and Clothing Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Opinions), which proposes to strive for the revenue of the textile and clothing industry to reach 700 billion yuan by the end of 2025 and double by the end of 2027. The Implementation Opinions show that Guangdong will promote the construction of "a group of two poles and three districts" headquarters economic cluster. "Group" means to vigorously promote the construction of textile and clothing industry clusters; "Two poles" means to create two growth poles of textile and clothing headquarters economy. It will rely on the advantages of Guangzhou and Shenzhen in textile and clothing trade, global exhibitions, headquarters, high-end customization, fashion creativity and other aspects to create "two poles" of textile and clothing headquarters economy and creative design, and give play to the demonstration and driving effect; The "three zones" refer to the construction of three core industrial development zones.
