SDIC capital (600061) announced on the evening of July 11 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Anxin Securities Co., Ltd. ("Anxin securities"), in 2022, applied for the listing and transfer of non-public issuance of corporate bonds (phase III) to professional investors, which was issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Anxin securities applied to confirm the issuance of Anxin securities with a face value of no more than 10 billion yuan. The non-public issuance of corporate bonds in 2022 meets the listing conditions of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has no objection.
