The company agrees that dongma company, in accordance with the scheme for the separation and resettlement of employees during the period of production suspension of Hunan Huasheng Dongting Hemp Industry Co., Ltd. passed by the staff congress of the company, shall implement the separation and resettlement of employees during the period of production suspension by means of internal retirement and termination of labor relations. There will be 827 registered employees and 777 employees will be resettled by means of terminating labor relations and implementing internal retirement, There are 50 registered employees. According to the calculation of the plan, it is estimated that a total of 191 million yuan will be paid in installments, including 87.45 million yuan to solve the problems left over by history; During the period of production suspension, the resettlement fund for employees was 104 million yuan.
