Huasheng (600156) announced in the evening of May 9 that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation letter from independent director Ms. Cai Yanping on May 9, 2022. Ms. Cai Yanping resigned from her post as a member of the board of directors and the independent audit committee after six years of appointment. After resignation, Ms. Cai Yanping no longer holds any position in the company.
