Zhejiang Furun (600070): Received 1 Million Yuan Of Performance Compensation From Shareholders In 2019

Zhejiang Furun (600070) announced on the evening of March 17. On November 26, 2018, Zhejiang Furun Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") received the letter of commitment on voluntary additional performance issued by shareholders Dongjiang Yougui and Fu Haipeng. According to the audit, the company failed to fulfill its voluntary additional performance commitment in 2019 and 2020. On November 13, 2020, the company signed the supplementary agreement on the letter of commitment on voluntary additional performance commitment with the promisors Jiang Yougui and Fu Haipeng. Jiang Yougui and Fu Haipeng will pay the company 83616353.46 yuan of performance compensation in cash before December 31, 2021. As of December 31, 2021, the company has not received the above performance compensation.

On March 17, 2022, the company received the performance compensation of RMB 1 million from the promisor in 2019. The company will continue to urge the promisor to fulfill the compensation obligation of voluntary additional performance commitment, urge it to pay the remaining performance commitment compensation in 2019 as soon as possible and determine the follow-up payment plan.
