On January 11, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued Notice on the establishment of the intelligent manufacturing expert committee of the Strategic Advisory Committee of the national manufacturing power construction In order to implement the "14th five year plan" intelligent manufacturing development plan, strengthen the research on the forward-looking and strategic issues of intelligent manufacturing, improve the research level and support capacity, it is decided to establish the intelligent manufacturing expert committee of the national manufacturing Power Construction Strategy Advisory Committee, and announce the main responsibilities and personnel list.

The expert committee is composed of more than 100 academicians and experts from relevant colleges and universities, industry organizations and enterprises. Li Peigen, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, serves as the chairman of the Committee. It is divided into strategy and policy group, equipment, software and solution group, industry application group, standards, network and security group. Its secretariat is located in the equipment industry development center of the Ministry of industry and information technology. Recently, the Ministry of industry and information technology and other eight departments jointly released the "14th five year plan" intelligent manufacturing development plan (hereinafter referred to as the planning) By 2025, most of the manufacturing enterprises above Designated Size will realize digital networking, and key industry backbone enterprises will initially apply intelligence; By 2035, manufacturing enterprises above Designated Size will be fully digitized and networked, and key enterprises in key industries will be basically intelligent.

The "14th five year plan" development outline of textile industry also proposes to strengthen the in-depth integration of key supply technologies for intelligent manufacturing applications such as industrial Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, industrial robots, blockchain, etc. in the textile industry, so as to enhance the industry's digital and intelligent basic capabilities. With the goal of greatly improving the production efficiency and the level of refinement, flexibility and intelligence of production mode, based on information technologies such as 5g, artificial intelligence and digital twin, focusing on the research and development of complete sets of textile equipment, accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing system integrators in the textile field, and promote collaborative innovation of equipment, software and information technology, Based on the digitalization of textile equipment and information interconnection, the key project of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry is implemented.

Yu Jianyong said that under the influence of multiple factors such as epidemic situation, cost, employment and international situation, the textile industry has gradually entered the era of digital dividend, network bonus and intelligent bonus. Independent intelligent textile manufacturing system and integration of intelligent ecology in the whole industrial chain are the development trend of intelligent textile manufacturing. In order to build a high-quality textile manufacturing system and promote the industry fashion development and brand building, intelligent manufacturing has become one of the five key development projects in the textile industry during the "14th five year plan".

It is understood that in the next step, the expert committee will focus on the key directions of intelligent manufacturing equipment, industrial digital twin, industrial artificial intelligence and advanced industrial network, give full play to the advantages of intellectual resources and high-level influence, actively gather social resources, and organize research, consultation, communication and promotion.
