Local Hot Spot: Yudu County Federation Of Trade Unions Of Jiangxi Province Holds Textile And Garment Skills Training Course

In order to boost the development of the first textile and garment industry, speed up the training of high-quality sewing workers and textile and garment technical talents, and improve the supply quality structure of new vocational talents, the Federation of trade unions of Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and the county vocational secondary vocational school recently held a clothing skills training class in 2021.

It is reported that the training course, sponsored by the County Federation of trade unions and undertaken by the county vocational secondary vocational school, is divided into six sessions, each session of 50 people, and each course lasts for 10 days. Through systematic training, the trainees learned the development and status quo of Yudu garment industry, and mastered the basic operation skills. After the training, the trainees will be organized to take part in the examination of skills completion, and those who pass the examination will be awarded the certificate of entrepreneurship training (practical training) issued by the Department of human resources and social security of Jiangxi Province.

In the next step, Yudu County Federation of trade unions will continue to focus on the needs of enterprises in the park to do a good job in the recruitment and employment of enterprises. We should further strengthen the training and expand the skills training courses such as housekeeping service, office software training, SYB entrepreneurship and so on. We will help college graduates from families with difficulties, laid-off workers, unemployed workers, and flexible employees to master basic vocational skills. We will encourage all employees (migrant workers) in the county to unite as one, unite as one, and forge ahead with the times and develop with the times.
