Jiahua Energy (600273): Provide Factory Building, Supporting Facilities And Raw Material Supply For BASF Jiaxing
Jiahua energy (600273) announced on the evening of July 28 that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiafu new materials signed a cooperation agreement on phase III plant with BASF (Jiaxing) to provide workshops, supporting facilities and raw materials for BASF (Jiaxing) to build an electronic grade sulfuric acid plant. After completion, Jiafu new materials will lease the plant and land to BASF (Jiaxing), Sulfur trioxide is provided as raw material for its production. Jiafu new materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary, intends to invest no more than 60 million yuan in the construction of factory buildings and supporting facilities.
