At present, with the continuous evolution of the world situation in the past century, the epidemic situation has a far-reaching impact on the future, geopolitics is becoming increasingly complex, and the game among big powers is becoming more intense. It is more urgent to ensure the safety of raw materials and realize the independence of science and technology. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the new material industry is a strategic and basic industry, and also a key field of high-tech competition.
