Gao Yong Talks About High-Quality Production Equipment For Chemical Fiber: Strengthening Basic Theoretical Research

On April 23, the expert consultation seminar on the development of high-quality chemical filament winding machines, co sponsored by China Textile Machinery Association and China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and co organized by Beijing Zhongli Machinery Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., was held in Suzhou.

In the technical report link, Mao Xinhua of Zhongli Company shared the technical report of "Status quo and future of winding machine development technology", and Wang Yongxing of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Donghua University shared the technical report of "Tamping the basic research of application theory, improving the independent research and development ability, and achieving high-quality leapfrog development of high-speed winding machine", The two doctors described the technical characteristics and development difficulties of the winding machine from different angles, as well as the development status and technical development ideas of the domestic winding machine.

In the expert discussion and exchange link, more than 20 experts from chemical fiber enterprises, Donghua University and industry associations fully communicated and discussed the problems existing in domestic winding machines, the technical gap and development path existing in foreign high-end winding machines. Experts agreed that enterprises should base on their own capacity building, focus on the implementation of various measures, and constantly improve the quality of domestic winders.

In the concluding speech, Gao Yong, secretary of the Party Committee and secretary-general of the China Textile Industry Federation, pointed out that the proportion of chemical filaments in the entire textile industry is increasing, but there are still shortcomings in production equipment, and many key technologies need to break through barriers. During the "14th Five Year Plan" period, the development of chemical fiber filaments will be the focus of the entire chemical fiber industry. Gao Yong stressed that Zhongli Company should further strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities, strengthen basic theoretical research, support the development of high-quality production equipment in the textile chemical fiber industry, and make greater contributions to the intelligent upgrading of the textile industry during the "14th Five Year Plan" period.
