    A total of 284 batches of samples were selected, and 67 batches of products did not meet the standard requirements.



    The spot check is based on the mandatory national standard GB 18401-2010 and the recommended national standard GB / T 5296.4-2012 and relevant recommended product standards for pH value, seam slippage / seam performance, formaldehyde content, color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to dry cleaning, color fastness to light and perspiration, color fastness to light, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to wet rubbing, color fastness to water, color fastness to soaping, fiber content, product instructions (identification), and decomposable carcinogenic aroma Amine dyes and other items were tested.

    Fiber content is an important quality index of clothing, and the quality of raw materials is one of the important factors to determine the value of clothing products.     The slippage (seam performance) item mainly examines the wearability of the product, that is, the breaking strength, heat transfer and thermal insulation of the fabric. If the item is unqualified, it will not only affect the beauty of clothing, but also seriously reduce the wearing performance of clothing.


    Two kinds of "ck jeans" jeans produced by pengweiqi commercial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. sold by Guangzhou Friendship Store were found to be unqualified.


    Color fastness is also known as color fastness and dyeing fastness. It refers to the resistance of the color of textiles to various functions in the process of processing and use. It refers to the degree of fading of dyed fabrics under the action of external factors (extrusion, friction, washing, rain, exposure, light, seawater immersion, saliva immersion, water stains, sweat stains, etc.) during use or processing. For clothing with poor color fastness, dyes are easy to fall off and fade, which will affect the beauty. Moreover, the shedding dye molecules or heavy metal ions may be absorbed by the human body through the skin and endanger health. Fabric manufacturers in the use of poor quality dyes, dyeing after washing is not enough or finishing is not in place, may lead to fabric color fastness unqualified.
