In the aspect of industrial poverty alleviation, Ping An Group uses the three links of "pre production, in production and post production" of industries in poverty-stricken areas to create "hematopoietic" industrial poverty alleviation through intellectual training, industrial hematopoiesis and production and marketing empowerment.

Taking cliff village in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province as an example, it has excellent ecological environment resources but extremely inconvenient transportation, Chen Yao said. Up to now, Ping An Group has made 26.5 billion yuan of industrial poverty alleviation loans; it has carried out the intellectual support work for 3400 poor households in 18 provinces and 78 poverty-stricken counties; and the "poverty alleviation insurance" characterized by interest free and guarantee free has carried out more than 70 projects covering 13 provinces in the past three years, benefiting more than 40000 poor households and granting loans totaling 490 million yuan.

In the aspect of medical poverty alleviation, Ping An Group vigorously upgraded the hardware facilities of rural health centers, actively trained rural doctors, provided mobile detection vehicles and other mobile devices to help poor areas improve the level of medical services, so that local people can more easily seek medical advice. So far, more than 12000 health centers in poor areas have been upgraded, and more than 12000 village doctors have been trained. More than 640 mobile health inspection vehicles have been carried out in 17 provinces, covering 110000 people in poor areas.

On the one hand, Ping An Group provides and improves school buildings, runways, distance education facilities and other educational hardware; on the other hand, it introduces high-quality education resources to poor areas, trains principals and teachers' abilities, and improves the "software" of education. Currently, Ping An Group has covered more than 1000 rural primary schools, trained more than 14000 rural teachers and covered about 300000 students.
