Recently, in accordance with the requirements of the guiding opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the high-quality development of trade and the implementation opinions of the general office of the State Council on promoting the innovative development of foreign trade, in order to promote the construction of a strong trade country and promote the high-quality development of foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce has organized and carried out a new batch of national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases. In accordance with the procedures of "local application, preliminary review by experts, review by the Ministry of Commerce and publicity", a new batch of national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in 2020 has been determined. This time, the Ministry of Commerce has identified 64 foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases nationwide, including 6 textile and garment industry bases.

The construction of national foreign trade transformation and upgrading base is an effective way to cultivate new competitive advantages such as technology, standard, brand, quality and service, and an important measure to promote the transformation of foreign trade development mode. In accordance with the specific requirements of the Ministry of Commerce on promoting the construction of the base, we will hold a licensing ceremony for the newly identified base, and actively carry out base exchange activities to guide, help and support the base enterprises to accelerate the transformation and upgrading.
