Two Textile Industry Calibration Specifications Approved By Sichuan Provincial Bureau Of Fiber Inspection

Recently, the 2020 annual meeting of the national textile Metrology Technical Committee and the examination and approval meeting of calibration specifications were held in Nanchang, with the participation of national textile Metrology Technical Committee members from China Textile Industry Federation and national textile metrology station. The meeting approved 9 technical specifications planned by the Ministry of industry and information technology, and the two specification projects led by the Provincial Bureau of fiber inspection passed the examination and approval of experts.

Sichuan Fiber Inspection Bureau, together with the relevant technical personnel of Sichuan fiber textile measurement station and national cotton notarization and inspection laboratory (Chengdu) and other units, formed a preparation group. After nearly two years of work, on the basis of full investigation and repeated tests, it has completed the "temperature and humidity calibration specification for textile constant temperature and humidity laboratory" and "simulated daylight lighting calibration for cotton grading room" Under the guidance of senior experts in the industry, the first draft of "quasi standard" was revised several times to form the draft for soliciting opinions. After extensive solicitation and revision, the draft was submitted for approval.

The preparation team will revise and verify according to the experts' opinions at the review meeting, and form the draft for approval as soon as possible and submit it for approval in time. The formulation of the two projects is conducive to standardizing the calibration methods of temperature, relative humidity, illuminance and related color temperature of "textile constant temperature and humidity laboratory" and "cotton grading room", and provides measurement technical regulation basis for accurate, reliable and unified measurement values of main technical parameters of Laboratory environmental conditions.
