Dalang, A Famous Woolen Sweater Town, Creates A New Atmosphere Of "Double Circulation" In Wool Weaving Industry

On November 3, the 19th China (Dalang) International Wool Products Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the fair") was held in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, sponsored by China Wool Textile Industry Association, China Council for the promotion of international trade, China Knitting Industry Association and Dongguan wool textile industry association. This is also the latest measure of Dalang, an important wool textile industry town, to give full play to the advantages of scale market and build a "double cycle" development pattern.

It is understood that the theme of this fair is "quality and new weaving city". It has five sub venues, including one main venue of wool textile trade center, Global trade square, textile world, wool wool wool trade street, yarn world and Guangdong wool weaving Market. We will closely follow the key words of "new yarn", "original design", "intelligent manufacturing" and "e-commerce", and further promote the transformation and upgrading of Dalang wool to intelligent manufacturing industry, fashion industry, quality industry and cultural industry.

According to reports, there are about 2000 booths in the fair. The main venue of the fair is "two pavilions" and "three zones": the two pavilions include the main exhibition hall and the machinery exhibition hall; the three zones include the clothing area, yarn area and supporting service area. It is worth mentioning that in addition to setting up characteristic theme pavilions such as the original design area and the Mao Zhizhi Museum, the fair has also created a number of Frontier exhibition areas in the way of "exhibition in exhibition".

Among them, the new yarn area of the Textile Fair is sponsored by China Knitting Industry Association and textile industry branch of China Council for the promotion of international trade, organized by fancy yarn color yarn branch of China Knitting Industry Association and Dongguan textile yarn industry association, covering a total area of 192 square meters. A total of more than 50 kinds of new yarn varieties in the industry are presented, integrating various global leading functional materials such as fire prevention, self heating, antibacterial, anti-virus, inlaid non sensitive onion, plant dyeing, etc.

Dalang town is one of the main wool yarn distribution bases in China. At present, there are more than 2000 yarn sales enterprises in Dalang, with a transaction value of more than 30 billion yuan and an annual yarn sales of more than 1 million tons. The new fancy yarn area created by several national associations in this exhibition fully demonstrates the charm of Dalang as the largest wool yarn distribution base in China.

In the main venue of the exhibition, nearly 20 pieces of art works of Dalang folk calligraphy were woven by using advanced CNC loom, needle as pen and thread as ink, creating a moving "culture in sweater". The exhibition also shows 18 pieces of wool yarn art handicrafts created by students of Dalang Xiangtou kindergarten. Children use yarn as paintbrush to create their dreams.

The comprehensive Hall of Dalang wool weaving industry is jointly built by Xiangtou, the "first village of wool weaving in China", and five associations related to the Dalang knitting industry. It produces the most cutting-edge products through the latest design, the most advanced technology and the most advanced equipment, and then displays and sells them through new retail modes such as e-commerce live broadcast. The Museum covers an area of 105 square meters and is divided into seven areas, including industry introduction area, design area, technology area, raw material area, sweater area, equipment area and e-commerce live broadcasting area, which fully demonstrates the comprehensive advantages of the whole industrial chain of Dalang wool.

In addition to the exhibition activities, this year's Textile Fair will also hold Dalang Wool Fashion Week and hold nearly 10 high-quality press conferences such as 2021 / 2022 China (Dalang) wool fashion trends. Dalang fashion enterprises and new generation brands will use this platform to release industry fashion trends.

The circulation branch of China Textile Industry Federation will jointly hold the "innovation driven digital empowerment" - 2020 China clothing brand marketing mode innovation forum, which will further explore the innovation of clothing brand marketing mode and further activate the sustainable mode of e-commerce enabling Dalang wool textile industry marketing.

In addition, during the Textile Fair, Dalang will hold a series of supporting activities such as business negotiation, procurement docking, yarn forum and Intelligent Manufacturing Forum.

Among them, Dalang and circulation branch of China Textile Industry Federation will jointly hold the 2020 100 regiments and 1000 people procurement docking meeting, which will invite more than 100 purchasing principals from Guangzhou Baima, Jiaxing Lefu, Shenzhen Fengying, Zhuzhou Jindi and other 20 professional markets to the Textile Fair for face-to-face purchase docking with 32 high-quality wool weaving enterprises. The meeting will speed up Dalang's pace towards a world-class leading area of wool textile industry cluster, and actively integrate into the new development pattern with domestic big cycle as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other.

According to public information, Dalang Town, Dongguan is a famous important town of wool industry in China. There are more than 17000 wool market entities in the town. The annual turnover of wool market reaches 60 billion yuan. One sweater for every six sweaters in the world comes from Dalang. Among the 22 national cards, 17 are related to wool weaving.
