The second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Shanghai Sanmao enterprises (Group) Co., Ltd. in 2020 was held on October 15, 2020. The meeting deliberated and passed the proposal on Amending the articles of association and some articles in the annex to the articles of association, and the proposal on publicly listing and transferring 100% equity of Shanghai Yimao textile Chongqing Co., Ltd.
