This kind of "small batch and quick return order" requires high delivery time, and Southeast Asian enterprises are still unable to meet the requirements. At the same time, in the domestic market, the trend of personalized customization is more and more obvious.

"If we want to turn in the direction of small single quick reversal, we must change the existing mode of production and learn to walk on two legs." Wu Xiaojie said that foreign trade should turn to multi variety and small batch, while domestic trade should turn to personalized customization and establish its own women's wear brand.

Now, from receiving orders to purchasing, scheduling, production process, to warehouse management, the whole process has improved the production efficiency by 25%.
Measurement to plate making, used to take a day, now a few seconds can be done, this is because of the "cloud mirror.". In front of the large-scale customized screen, the data of 19 parts, such as total shoulder width, middle waist position and upper hip circumference, were measured by special software for three-dimensional measurement. Click on the screen, select the fabric, color, neckline, cuff, etc., quickly generate product customization scheme, complete the order, and transfer the data to the workshop for garment making.
After the first stage of digital transformation, universal garment has transferred the accumulated data over the years from paper to cloud, and established a huge database with hundreds of thousands of version types, which is the prerequisite for realizing automatic measurement, automatic plate making and automatic material selection. Nowadays, automatic measurement can also be realized through mobile app.
This "digital workshop", which has been certified by Qingdao City, is quite different from the unmanned workshop in imagination. Clothing is still a labor-intensive industry, in part of the production, machinery can not replace labor, and labor costs are lower.
But the key is that after the intelligent transformation of the production line, the ability of small parts receiving orders has been greatly improved.
