19 Policies Support Healthy Development Of Various New Business Forms And Models

Recently, the national development and Reform Commission and other 13 departments jointly issued the opinions on supporting the healthy development of new business forms and new models, activating the consumer market and driving employment expansion, proposing to speed up the healthy development of 15 new formats and new models of the digital economy, activate the consumption market, drive the expansion of employment, and create new advantages of the digital economy through 19 innovation support policies.

According to the opinions, we regard the new business forms and new models supporting online and offline integration as an important breakthrough. In terms of actively exploring new online service modes, we should vigorously develop integrated online education, actively develop internet medical care, encourage the development of convenient online office, and constantly improve the level of digital governance.

In terms of accelerating the digital transformation of industries, we should cultivate industrial platform development ecology, accelerate the pace of digital transformation of traditional enterprises, create "virtual" industrial parks and industrial clusters across physical boundaries, and develop "unmanned economy" based on new technologies.
