China Textile Shares (600448): Transfer Of State-Owned Shares
In June 24th, 600448.SH announced that the company received the Binzhou financial notice in June 24, 2020. The Binzhou finance and binyin group had handled the transfer of about 27 million 564 thousand and 500 shares of shares in June 19, 2020 at the China securities registration Clearing Corp Shanghai branch. After the transfer of stock rights, the shares held by Binzhou financial holding companies amounted to about 27 million 564 thousand and 500 shares, accounting for 4.38% of the total share capital of the company, and became the second shareholder of the company.
The change in state ownership will not lead to changes in the actual control of the company. The actual controller of the company is still the SASAC of Binzhou.
